Any homeowner that has trees trimmed by a tree company or a hired individual, please make sure they dispose of the limbs and not place them on the road. There is a cement slab by the maintenance building that is for this, as Ricky is not a tree service person. If it is not bagged, he will not pick it up. Also, if it is placed in the road and has to be removed by the park maintenance man, the homeowner will be charged for his time.

We now have a metal detector that is available to all homeowners. You may check it out through the office, however, it does require a $50 deposit that is refundable upon return.

Homeowners, if the office does not have your email, please send it to Linda We would like to start sending quarterly invoices and other important information by email vs. the United Postal Service. This will be much more cost-effective. Also, if you do not have an email, we will continue to send your invoices by mail.

Homeowners: For those of you that have your homes up for sale, it is your responsibility to provide your realtor with means of getting into the park. We do not have anyone in the office on Saturday or Sunday, and have had calls on our emergency number from realtors who want to show these homes. Please handle this as we want to continue to keep our community safe and secure.
Thank you, HOA Board

Reminder: Please do not put leaves in the street unless bagged or on someone ‘s property. It is not being very considerate of your neighbor, and it is not Ricky’s responsibility to pick up leaves in the street that are not bagged.

Maintenance Building Area
The area next to the maintenance building is for yard waste and watercraft/trailer storage. Our grounds and maintenance employee maintains all yard waste, and the City picks it up. This area is for bagged leaves, grass and tree limbs ONLY! The City will NOT take anything else.
Someone is leaving bags of garbage on the concrete slab that should be placed in the Household Garbage dumpster. Other items found there recently have been old vacuum cleaners, a wood table, old trailer window and other items that should have been taken to the recycling center on route 90 that does not charge for leaving these types of items. This recycling center is only 5 miles away at 764 SC-90, Little River, SC 29566. If this continues we will need to purchase a camera for this area and we will need to add a disposal fee to the lot assessment of anyone leaving items that do not belong here.
